About the role

As an accountant, you will be a key person in our finance team. You will be responsible for ongoing accounting, monthly and annual financial statements, as well as quality assurance of tax declarations and annual reports. The role also includes handling lease and rental contracts according to IFRS 16, as well as working with group reporting and projects related to the finance function. In 2026, we will implement a new ERP system, SAP, which will be a major focus area for the entire organization. You will play an important role in this process and contribute your expertise to ensure a smooth transition and efficient financial processes.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable
  • Ongoing accounting and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Monthly and annual financial statements
  • Preparation of tax declarations and annual reports
  • VAT and employer declarations
  • Handling of lease and rental agreements according to IFRS16
  • Reporting to the group
  • Participate in development projects within the finance function
  • Be involved in improving and streamlining work, developing tools and processes
  • Active participation in the SAP implementation
  • Act as a sounding board for the business in finance-related matters

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in finance (at least a bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of experience in qualified accounting work (K3 and IFRS)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP and IFRS16 is an advantage
  • Understanding of financial flows and processes
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written is required
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and other Office programs
  • Experience with Fortnox, Rillion, Capego, Konsis, and SAP is an advantage
